3 Ingredient Blueberry Cobbler

3 Ingredient Blueberry Cobbler is the perfect accompaniment to Sunday Dinner, making a simple dessert allows one to spend more time on the main meal. Oftentimes simple is better, and in this case, I’m sure you will agree. It is prepared the same way as dump cake, but the taste is completely different. The last time that I made it used a yellow cake mix, but today I used a confetti cake mix, and it was just as delicious. If you’re feeling particularly naughty, make this a a breakfast food instead of a dessert!

The Ingredients: 1 yellow cake mix or 1 confetti cake mix, 1 stick butter (frozen), 1 21 oz. can Comstock blueberry pie filling.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spoon the pie filling into the bottom of a cake pan, smooth it out so that it is even. Sprinkle dry cake mix across the top of the pie filling, use a butter knife to smooth out the lumps (do not let the pie filling and cake mix combine). Cut frozen butter into slices and arrange in rows atop the cake mix. Bake the cobbler for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

We might have gotten a little carried away with the Reddi Whip……..
