You ever get that sudden feeling that starts creeping up on you and then suddenly your mind explodes with one phrase: ” I NEED CHOCOLATE! “. No? Never happened to you? Oh, well. Dark Chocolate Pudding is a quick fix for your passing chocolate cravings, especially if you eat it while it’s still warm! There are many different opinions as to how to make stove-top puddings, some use condensed milk, some use whole milk. But if you’re like me, sensitive to milk products, you go for a mild, light flavor that still has plenty of the wow factor. Comprende?

The Ingredients: 4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa, 1 cup cane sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 tbsp. butter, 3 egg yolks, 1 cup vanilla almond milk, 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Meanwhile, separate three eggs and beat the yolks until lemon colored. When the butter is melted, add flour, sugar, and milk. Whisk constantly until combined. Slowly add the beaten egg yolks. Continue whisking constantly until the mixture becomes fairly thick and creamy. Immediately pour the pudding into a serving bowl, sprinkle the pudding with chocolate chips. Stir gently until the chips have melted. Refrigerate pudding for 30 minutes to an hour and serve. This is so good that I do not even have a picture of it!
