Smoothies are a great tasty way to get your serving of fruits for the day. Ever since we got our Ninja blender, our family has been making a lot of smoothies! Here in Florida it is hot year-round, so we have had to find many ways of getting relief! Making a smoothie is one of the quickest ways in the world to cool off.:) Here are two easy recipes that you can make anytime, even for breakfast!

Strawberry Banana Smoothie: 7-8 whole frozen strawberries, 1/2 banana,  1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder. Combine all ingredients in your single-serve Ninja blender cup, blend for 30 seconds to a minute. Enjoy!

Blueberry Yogurt Smoothie: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional). Combine all ingredients in your single-serve Ninja blender cup, blend for 30 seconds to a minute. Enjoy!
