Easy Peanut Butter

This is a fun, easy recipe that you can alter any way you want. You can make it sweeter, saltier, whatever you like! I had never attempted to make homemade peanut butter before, but it was really easy so I will definitely be making it again. Here are the extremely complicated ingredients.:)

The Ingredients:

1 pound of unsalted roasted peanuts, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. of honey (or more). Crush peanuts with salt in your Ninja blender (or whatever you have) until the mixture is creamy and all the peanuts are pureed.

It should look like this before you add the honey:

Add the honey and blend until combined. At this point you can taste it (if you haven’t already) and decide if you want more salt, more honey, grape jelly…etc. This recipe makes 16 oz. of peanut butter (place in the refrigerator ASAP). Enjoy!

Update: Peanut butter becomes much thicker after a night in the fridge, so don’t worry if it seems thin at first!;)
